Maryville's typical approach to delivery initially focuses on working with IT organizations to conduct an ITRO® readiness scorecard to determine the extent and degree of optimization to which each of the major process areas have been implemented. At the conclusion of the scorecard activity, Maryville delivers a recommended process implementation roadmap to pursue. Subsequent steps within the roadmap can lead to in-depth process analysis (Gap) or a 'To-Be' process design in a workshop format. Each result is typically followed by process deployment and implementation.
