The culmination of our years of experience providing world class Enterprise Management services and solutions, our Neotility SaaS offerings reflect our deep understanding of IT Service Management issues and Infrastructure Engineering challenges - from diverse tool sets, to best practice processes for managing the enterprise.

Maryville’s proven Managed Service approach leverages our IT Resource Optimization (ITRO®) Methodology and the entility® IT Service Management Software, enabling IT to capitalize on automation, prioritize IT work to reflect the significance of the business impact, and quickly adapt to new business needs. Our methodology emphasizes planning, process, design and execution – elements of a project critical to achieving successful implementations.

Service Offerings

All of Maryville’s Neotility services are based upon remote monitoring and measurement of our client’s technical infrastructure. Our monitoring services are further enhanced with Neotility Service Analytics, which provide interpretations based on Maryville’s years of expertise deploying IT Service Management solutions. Neotility services include robust real-time monitoring and sophisticated notification and escalation capabilities that help our customers provide better services to their end-customers while more optimally utilizing their technology investment dollars.

Neotility Service Offering 1: Performance Monitoring

Neotility's Level 1 Service Offering provides a scaleable, managed, performance monitoring capability across all components of the IT Infrastructure as well as any time series metric that is being captured in the customer environment. The focus of the service is to provide proactive, consistent monitoring of the components that support application performance. The service includes the performance data capture, transformation, accumulation and controlled access to the Web Reporting Portal for ANY time series data.

Neotility Service Offering 2: Fault and Availability Monitoring

Neotility Service Level 2 provides 24x7 monitoring at the IT service component level to provide verification that all of the components are in service and operating within the customer-defined performance specifications. This monitoring coverage enables quick problem isolation, effective notification procedures and robust communication.

Neotility Service Offering 3: Fault and Availability Event Triage

Neotility Service Level 3 provides Event Triage Analytics. This service level provides for active review, event correlation and assessment with the benefit of reducing event flow to the customer by 50% or higher. This service level requires subscription to the Neotility Fault and Availability Monitoring service.

Neotility Service Offering 4: Performance Analytics

Neotility Service Level 4 provides review and analysis of the client’s performance data. The performance data captured and stored from the Level 1 Service is analyzed to produce a monthly customer “Actionable Items” Analysis. This report provides experience-based recommendations and insights for service delivery performance enhancement, infrastructure correction or adjustment, and other operational directives. If end-user experience/performance data is being incorporated from Neotility Level 4, this data will also be analyzed and included in the monthly Actionable Items Analysis. This service level requires subscription to the Neotility Performance Monitoring service.

Neotility Service Offering 5: End-User Experience (EUE) Monitoring

Neotility Service Level 5 provides monitoring of defined end-user IT Service transactions. This service requires that at least one of the Neotility Level 1 or Level 2 services are already be in place. The EUE Monitoring provides incorporation of the resulting performance data into one or both of the Neotility Level 1 and Level 2 services. This service requires an initial effort to define the specific IT Service Transactions of interest and requires an associated EUE instrumentation charge per each transaction unit of work.

Neotility Service Offering 6: Performance, Availability and Fault Resolve Management

Neotility Service Level 6 is the culmination of the Neotility offerings. This service utilizes the monitoring and management infrastructure that is deployed in each of the Service Portfolios and adds an experienced, resource-based Management and Coordination Service. The primary benefit of this service is to provision IT Operation management and coordination guidance to the customer with the specific purpose of defined operational maintenance and service improvement. With the combination of Neotility management & coordination service, and the customer’s administrative resources, Maryville customers are able to garner the value of industry leading IT operational experience without the challenge and cost of maintaining that capability in their own staff. This Service is priced on a Retainer basis and configured based on the specifics of the customer environment. Integration and Adherence to sound Change Management procedures is required and will be tracked with this service.

Neotility Service Offering 7: Performance, Availability and Fault Resolve Management and Administration

Neotility Service Level 6 is further enhanced to provide both Management and Administrative responsibility. Maryville Neotility Resources will provide for the administrative upkeep and care of the client-side Monitoring and Management Infrastructures and the associated infrastructure instrumentation. This service will require defined administrative access to the customer environment.
